TERMINATOR STAR ED FURLONG’S NEW REHAB SHAME
Bloated and bleary eyed, former teen pin-up Edward Furlong looked a shadow of his former self as he took a cigarette break outside a rehab centre in Orange County, California, last week.
It’s believed the 40-year-old has been receiving treatment at the drug and alcoholol centre since February. When approached Edward said, “I’m trying to focus on myselff right now.”
Ed, who found fame in 1991 as John Connor in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, was first admitted to rehab back in 2000 due to problems with cocaine and alcohol.
A year later he landed in hospital after a suspected overdose while partying with Paris Hilton. Since then his life has been a blur of jail stints, arrests and restraining orders from ex-wife Rachael Bella, who also accused him of beating her.
A source tells, “Edward’s been in and outt of rehab so many times most people have lost count. He blew his chance to get back into the Terminator franchise, and his arrests and drug problems mean he has little chance of ever working on a movie again which doesn’t go straight to video.”
