SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 10 MINS PER SERVE 2197kj

1 tbsp sesame oil 3 cups cold cooked rice (see tip) 1½ cups roasted mixed veg­eta­bles (recipe left) 1 clove gar­lic, crushed 2 tsp minced ginger 2 tbsp ke­cap ma­nis ½ cup frozen peas, thawed 4 fried eggs ½ cup co­rian­der leaves ¼ cup fried shal­lots

1 In a wok, heat oil on high. Stir-fry rice and veg­eta­bles 3 mins un­til heated. Add gar­lic and ginger and stir-fry 30 secs un­til fra­grant.

2 Add ke­cap ma­nis and peas and stir-fry 4 mins un­til heated.

3 Serve nasi goreng topped with egg, co­rian­der and fried shal­lots.
