Sources close to the couple say their PDAfilled appearance at the e Academy of Country Music Awards last week was little more than a showmance for the cameras, as rumours of a marriage crisis continue.
“She’s one of the world’s best actresses so pretending to still have chemistry with her own husband is hardly a tall order for Nicole,” says our insider. “But Keith struggles to make it realistic.”
Another insider adds of their first outing together in months, “They barely said a word to each other all night, and they went to separate hotel suites as soon as the show was over.”
