1 Place ice cubes into a large glass. 2 Gently muddle fresh mint, either using a pestle or your (clean) fingertips. Add mint to glass along with juice from one lemon wedge. 3 Add 1 ½ tbsp elderflower concentrate followed by ½ cup prosecco. Enjoy!
