SAUSAGE & POTATO BAKE
SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 30 MINS PER SERVE 2239kj
2 onions, sliced 8 Italian sausages 400g microwave baby potatoes with herbs and butter ½ cup tomato sauce ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease a large baking dish. 2 Place onion in base of dish. Arrange sausages over the top. 3 Prepare potatoes following packet instructions. Cut into wedges and place over sausages.
4 In a jug, stir together sauces. Make up to 1 cup with water or red wine. Season. Pour over sausage mixture.
5 Bake 25-30 mins, turning and basting occasionally, until sausages are cooked through and sauce thickens. Serve with salad, if you like.
