The “yoga” facial, says Meghan’s skin expert Nichola Joss, is a new way to eliminate puffiness, release toxins and firm the face. “When you massage the skin on the face you bring blood to the surface, feeding the skin cells with oxygen and nutrition. Releasing tension helps lift and tone the muscles giving better facial contours, too.” NICHOLA JOSS ST EP 2 Press one palm to your forehead, then sweep it round the far side of your face and under your ears towards the centre of your neck, ending at the opposite shoulder. Repeat three times each side to help open up the lymph system. ST EP 1 Apply facial oil to your palms and rub together. Place palms onto your cheeks and side of the face, gently pressing in the oil. Nicola’s fave: Lumity Facial Oil $85 ST EP 3 Working from the bridge of your nose, sweep outwards across your cheek, then up towards the hairline. Do this six times on both sides. ST EP 4 Place your index and middle finger firmly on your chin, then sweep them out towards the edge of the jawline. Do this six times. ST EP 5 Gently press the heels of your hands under your cheekbones. Push palms in and hold for a count of six on each side. ST EP 6 For the eyes, place your index fingers on your temples. Then with your middle finger, gently sweep under the eye area towards the bridge of the nose, working up your brow with a bit more pressure. Do six times on both sides. ST EP 7 Finish by organicall­y massaging the face using the fingertips in circular motions, always working outwards and upwards.
