Perhaps saddest of all is Meghan’s dad Thomas Sr’s situation. The 72-year-old insisted he’d had a heart attack in the days before the wedding, though no one in his home town of Rosarito, Mexico, ever saw him go to hospital. He’s since been seen whizzing through Mcdonald’s, KFC and Starbucks drive-throughs – and at the latter bought a calorific whipped cream drink. According to UK reports, Thomas rented a cheap apartment in a Mexican villa on Airbnb on the night of the wedding, where he watched the ceremony alone. He is reported to have told his landlady his daughter looked “beautiful”.
SISTER SAMANTHA
The new bride’s estranged half-sister Samantha, 53, speaking to media from her Florida home, insisted Meghan’s mum Doria Ragland was “cashing in” on her daughter’s fame by doing an interview with Oprah Winfrey – despite insiders saying no such interview has occurred, and if it did, Doria would never accept money.
NEPHEW TYLER
Despite not being invited to the wedding, Meghan’s Oregon-based weed-farmer nephew Tyler Dooley, 25, was arrested in London trying to enter a nightclub armed with a knife on the night of the nuptials. He said it was for selfdefence because US President Donald Trump had warned of “bloodshed on the streets of London” from a recent spate of stabbings.
