10-MINUTE CHOCCIES
Fill a medium-sized pan with 2 cups of water and place over medium heat. Place ½ cup organic cocoa butter in a small glass bowl and place in pan. Ensure there is enough water to cover base of pan and surround glass bowl. Allow butter to completely melt and then stir in ½ cup cacao powder, 2-3 tbsp honey, ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste and pinch of Himalayan rock salt (optional). Mix together until a smooth consistency is reached. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into chocolate heart moulds (or in any mould of choice). Set in fridge.
