CREAM CHEESE & TUNA GARLIC TOASTS

250g cream cheese, softened

½ red onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp chopped dill, plus extra sprigs to serve

1 tbsp capers, chopped

½ cup sour cream

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 quantity Garlic Bread Toast

185g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked

1 In a bowl, combine cream cheese, onion, dill, capers, sour cream and juice. Spread cream cheese mixture onto Garlic Bread Toast. Top with tuna and extra dill.
