HAM, CHEESE & PESTO
Spread Garlic Bread Toast with ½ cup bought basil pesto, then top with 500g coarsely chopped shaved ham, 1 cup grated tasty cheese and 2 tbsp chopped chives.
BEETROOT & FETTA
Combine 450g can drained diced beetroot, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil and 50g baby rocket leaves in a bowl. Top Garlic Bread Toast with beetroot mixture and serve with crumbled fetta and toasted fennel seeds.
CREAMY MUSHROOM BRUSCHETTA
In a frying pan, melt 50g butter on medium. Saute 250g sliced button mushrooms, 250g sliced Swiss brown mushrooms and 2 cloves crushed garlic 4 mins until tender. Add 1½ tbsp chopped thyme, 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard and 1 tbsp cream. Cook 1 min. Spoon mushroom mixture onto prepared Garlic Bread Toast.
