CREAM CHEESE & TUNA GARLIC TOASTS

MAKES 16 PREP 10 MINS

✦ 250g cream cheese, softened

✦ ½ red onion, finely chopped

✦ 1 tbsp chopped dill, plus extra sprigs to serve

✦ 1 tbsp capers, chopped

✦ ½ cup sour cream

✦ 1 tbsp lemon juice

✦ 1 quantity Garlic Bread Toast

✦ 185g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked

1 In a bowl, combine cream cheese, onion, dill, capers, sour cream and juice. Spread cream cheese mixture onto Garlic Bread Toast. Top with tuna and extra dill.
