Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan. Line three large oven trays with baking paper. For pita dippers, snip around outside edge of 6 x 15cm pita breads with scissors. Separate halves. Leave whole or cut into wedges or long strips. For bagel dippers, cut 4 plain bagels (480g) horizontal­ly into thin slices with a serrated knife for “doughnut” shapes. Or, for “half-moon” shapes, cut in half. Season pita or bagels using the flavours below. Bake 10 mins or until golden.
