Bankrupt Lisa Marie Presley has found love with Johnny Depp after the pair bonded over their respective financial crises – and separate court cases against money managers they claim robbed them of their millions.

The unlikely couple – who share unusual childhoods, drug abuse and the desire to be rock stars – have now joined forces to regain their lost fortunes, fight the Hollywood power elite and find true happiness.

“They were thrown together at a dark point and found they have much more in common than anyone realised,” an insider told US magazine Globe.

“They were put in touch by a mutual friend and they’ve been communicating ever since. The attraction is wild. They are rebels, rock’n’rollers, drug-addled weirdos who like to stay up all night talking and playing music, and they’ve been helping each other, too.”

Both are embroiled in legal battles over their fortunes. Lisa Marie, 50, is suing her former manager Barry Siegel, claiming he lost the $100 million trust left to her by her father Elvis, while 55-year-old Johnny is suing his former business managers.
