EASY PORK STIR-FRY

SERVES 4 PREP 5 MINS COOK 10 MINS PER SERVE 1425kj ✦ 600g pork stir-fry strips s ✦ 400g packet fresh stir-fry fry vegetable mix ✦ ¼ cup hoisin sauce ¼ cup reduced-salt soy sauce auce ✦ age ½ (3 cups) Chinese cabbage ✦ (wombok), finely shredded ed 1 Heat a little peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. 2 Stir-fry pork, in 2 batches, 1-2 2 mins each batch, batch until browned. Transfer to a bowl.

3 Add vegetables to wok and stir-fry 1-2 mins until just tender. Return pork to wok with sauces and cabbage. Stir-fry 1-2 mins until cabbage just wilts. Remove from heat.

4 Serve accompanie­d with noodles and sprinkled with sliced green onion, if you like.
