ROSY RICE BOWL

Turn the savoury staple into a sweet and delicious dish

1 Add 2 packets of Tilda Coconut Steamed Basmati Rice, 3 cups coconut milk, ¾ tsp ground cardamom, 1 tbsp coconut sugar and ½ tsp ground cinnamon to a medium-to-large saucepan. Bring to boil.

2 Once boiled, reduce heat and leave to simmer 10 mins, stirring occasional­ly. During this time, you can add a small amount of rose water (see step 3), if it is to your taste.

3 Turn off the heat and remove from stove top. Add 2 tsp rose water (or whatever is left if you added some during the simmer step) and stir to combine.

4 Divide into two separate bowls and serve immediatel­y.
