Pearl reconnects with Liz’s mum
AMANDA SAYS Pearl shows me that she has passed over. I felt it had only been a few months since she passed and that she was around 10 years old. Pearl had been unwell for quite some time, but she hung on as Liz was unwell too and she needed to stay alive to support her. Pearl was a fighter and very strong willed – the vets said she should have passed a long time ago but she proved them wrong. She had a lot of mobility problems especially in the hip area. She tells me she came to Liz and her family when she was very young. She was mistreated in her previous home, but wants Liz to know that when they got her, her life truly started. Pearl then talks about her dad (Liz’s husband) and how much she loves him. She also shows me she was met by Liz’s mum and dad, and a boxer that has passed over. LIZ SAYS I reached out to Amanda as we were so sad at the sudden loss of Pearl and wanted to know she was at peace. I loved hearing about Pearl’s determination to live, how much she loved us and how grateful she was that we rescued her. I was shocked and comforted to hear my mother met Pearl on the other side.
