There will be two rounds: in the first, the final two cooks will create dishes using a hero ingredient selected by the judges, and in round two they must recreate one of Heston Blumenthal’s mindblowing recipes. Only one chef will walk away with the $250,000 prize and a monthly column in premium food magazine Delicious.
