As Katie Holmes shrieked with glee while her longtime boyfriend Jamie Foxx planted a romantic kiss on her lips in the LA sunshine, it was almost impossible to tell that just weeks earlier he was seen flirting with a mystery blonde at a nearby bar.

Katie, 39, appeared completely untroubled by last week’s headline-grabbing news of his womanising, even toasting their love with a bottle of champagne on the sands of Malibu.

“They were all over each other – the most picture-perfect vision of a couple in love you could ever hope to see,” an onlooker tells Woman’s Day. “They played beach tennis and messed around like a pair of lovesick teenagers.”

The incredible set of pictures come after the couple have been quietly dating for almost five years.

Despite Jamie, 50, being caught on camera several times flirting with other women, along with maintaining what sources describe as an “uncomfortably” close friendship with ex Kristin Grannis, the mother of his eight-year-old daughter Annalise, friends say they’ve made it work.

“Katie has never been pushy or accusatory toward Jamie and his behaviour,” says an insider.

“She is an independent woman and went through hell when she was married to Tom Cruise, and she swore she’d never be a needy, dependent, jealous spouse like he was.

“Katie understands that Jamie has always been a flirt and always will be, but that doesn’t mean he’s cheating on her. As long as they’re happy when they’re together, Katie’s thrilled.”
