TALK TO ANIMALS!

Animal communicator SIMONNE LEE teaches how to understand and converse with your pet

ALWAYS BEING PRESENT & GROUNDED IN YOUR BODY

“Being grounded simply means our conscious awareness is in the present time,” says Simonne. “It’s a mindful practice you can do daily. Once you’re comfortable, then notice how people and animals respond to you in this mindful state.”

PEN TO PAPER

“Write down what you want to say to your pets in a very simple, childlike manner, otherwise we can confuse them,” Simonne adds. “We want to be telling them what we want them to do. For example, write, ‘Please go to the toilet outside on the grass,’ or ‘I love it when you sit calmly on my lap.’”

PICTURE PERFECT

“Get a photo of your pet and look into their eyes,” suggests Simonne. “You should feel a little heartstring being pulled – you’re connected hook, line and sinker! Now just say out loud or in your mind what you’ve written down. Takes a little bit of practice and then you’re on your way.”
