Forget the novelty socks and undies this Father’s Day – whip up some delicious edible gifts instead!

HOLE-IN-ONE CUPCAKES MAKES 12 PREP 15 MINS COOK 20 MINS + COOLING

380g packet vanilla cupcake mix 125g butter, softened 1½ cups icing sugar mixture, sifted 1 tbsp milk green food colouring 1 cup desiccated coconut 5 wheaten biscuits, crushed 12 mini brown M&M’S 12 white Tic Tacs flags, to decorate 1 Make cupcakes following packet instructions. Cool.

2 In a large bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter until very pale. Gradually add icing sugar, beating well until combined. Beat in milk. Tint icing pale green.

3 In a snap-lock bag, combine coconut and a little green food colouring. Seal bag and rub green colouring into coconut. Using a teaspoon, sprinkle coconut over two-thirds of each cupcake.

4 Sprinkle biscuit crumbs over each remaining third of cupcakes to form sand. Press an M&M to form a golf hole.

5 Press a Tic Tac into green coconut for a golf ball. Serve cupcakes decorated with a flag.
