They’re the stars of one of the biggest TV shows ever, but when it comes to

MATTHEW PERRY

It’s been a rough year for Matthew Perry, who is recovering from gastrointestinal surgery. Matthew, who has been in rehab several times, has recently spoken about his ongoing struggle with alcohol and drug abuse. Last November, the 49-year-old’s former lover, porn star Maddy O’reilly, revealed he even tried to buy addictive prescription painkillers from her. His longest relationship was with Masters Of Sex star Lizzy Caplan, which lasted from 2006 to 2012. The romance supposedly ended because Matthew didn’t want to get married. He also dated Julia Roberts for a year in 1995 and has been linked to stars including Yasmine Bleeth, Renee Zellweger, Elizabeth Hurley, Meg Ryan and Lauren Graham.

JENNIFER ANISTON

As the most famous and successful face to come out of Friends, Jennifer Aniston’s love life has been welldocumented. Jen, 49, is currently single after two failed marriages. The star who played Rachel Green, married Brad Pitt in 2000 – he even made an appearance on the hit show! However, they separated in 2005 after Brad filmed Mr & Mrs Smith with Angelina Jolie. Brad and Ange started dating soon after his split with Jen. The unlucky-in-love star went on to have relatively short-lived relationships with Vince Vaughn and John Mayer before meeting Justin Theroux on the set of Wanderlust. They married in 2015 after four years together but announced their separation in February.

DAVID SCHWIMMER

David Schwimmer and his British artist wife, Zoe Buckman, announced their separation in April 2017. “It is with great love, respect and friendship that we have decided to take some time apart while we determine the future of our relationship,” they said in a statement. Although the former couple, who share seven-year-old daughter Cleo, have not yet filed for divorce, they’re not showing any signs of getting back together. David previously dated Natalie Imbruglia in the late 1990s, while he was still on the cast of Friends. The 51-year-old then had relationships with actresses Mili Avital and Rochelle Ovitt before meeting Zoe in 2007. The couple married three years later.

COURTENEY COX

Following relationships with Michael Keaton, Counting Crows rocker Adam Duritz and promoter Ian Copeland, Courteney Cox fell for her Scream co-star David Arquette. They married in June 1999, while the actress was in the height of her Friends fame, and welcomed daughter Coco five years later. The couple separated in 2010 and filed for divorce nearly two years afterwards. Despite the split, the pair remain friends co-parenting Coco, now 14. In 2013, Courteney began dating Snow Patrol singer Johnny Mcdaid and announced their engagement the following year. Courteney, 54, and Johnny briefly broke up and she described the separation as “so brutal”, but they are now back together. They are yet to announce plans to walk down the aisle.

MATT LEBLANC

Joey Tribbiani was the ultimate ladies’ man through the duration of the show, but Matt Leblanc hasn’t had much success when it comes to settling down. The 51-year-old – who previously had a brief romance with Kate Hudson – met American model Melissa Mcknight in 1997 and proposed to her a year later. They married in 2003 and welcomed daughter Marina the following year. Matt left Melissa in 2006 and began dating Andrea Anders, who played his neighbour on the Friends spin-off series Joey. They separated in 2015. However, the heartthrob’s fortunes may have turned around as he’s been happily dating Top Gear producer Aurora Mulligan since 2016.
