They’ve been close since co-starring in Hook in 1991 – now Julia Roberts, 50, is quizzing Gwyneth Paltrow, 45, about “conscious uncoupling” amid talk her marriage to Danny Moder, 49, is in dire straits.
“There are whispers they’re not in a good place,” shares a source. “Julia admires the way Gwyneth dealt with her split from Chris [Martin]. They did it in such a healthy way, putting the kids first and staying friends. If Julia and Danny can’t work through their problems, she’d definitely want to do the same.”
