It’s over for Megan & Jake
He’s been at pains to paint their split as amicable but our source says it was Jake Ellis’ jealousy over Megan Marx’s relationship with fellow Paradise star Elora Murger that tore them apart and led to their split as far back as July.
“Jake always felt very paranoid about Megan being bisexual and the fact she’s such a free spirit,” reveals a source. “He was always afraid she would run off and she started to feel stifled by him.
“He would shout at her in front of people and things really came to a head at Splendour In The Grass in July. Megan tried to end the relationship multiple times.”
One of the biggest issues was Megan’s friendship with Elora, also bisexual, and who Megan used to holiday with.
“Jake couldn’t handle the fact that they would go off on road trips together.”
