I’m embarrassed to say I have a fetish for coconut milk. I’m totally obsessed with it – not eating it, but buying it – over and over, tin after tin. That, and pasta sauce. And toilet paper. It’s got to the point I have to take one of my kids to the supermarket and make them restrain me in the Asian aisle or I can honestly store enough coconut milk to bathe in!
