KATE BACK ON THE BOOZE

After decades of making headlines for her wild behaviour, it seemed Kate Moss had finally put her party days behind her when it was revealed she’d ditched the booze and gone teetotal. But it appears the British model’s newfound love of clean living didn’t last long.

According to reports, Kate gave up alcohol a year ago, swapping cocktails for mocktails at events, and staying only an hour before heading home.

However, just last week, the 44-year-old Rimmel poster girl was spotted looking worse for wear during a night out – suggesting her sobriety had come to an abrupt end. The turn of events comes in the wake of claims Kate had the support of her boyfriend Nikolai Von Bismarck, 31, who quit drinking alongside her, and close friend Kelly Osbourne, who also recently celebrated being one-year sober.

“Kate was looking great after finally easing up on the booze, and it seemed she’d totally cleaned up her act,” an insider tells Woman’s Day. “It was like she was a whole new woman.

“But Kate is naturally a wild child who loves to let loose. When it comes to having fun with her friends, she finds it hard to resist. Kate just can’t help herself.”

ELLE STRESSED & UNDER FIRE

Nicknamed The Body, Elle Macpherson is often asked about her secret to staying youthful. She’s claimed it’s all down to steering clear of drugs and alcohol, and putting her wellbeing first.

“In my 40s, I started to focus on health and wellness,” she says. “I stopped drinking and taking any drugs – even aspirin – and I began really cleaning out my system.”

But while the 54-year-old may be eating well and working out regularly, it seems her diet could’ve gone to the extreme. The

Aussie beauty’s been looking super slim of late and appears to have lost that supermodel glow. Sources believe it’s due to the stress of her controversial relationship with anti-vaccine activist Andrew Wakefield.

“A lot of her fans are being vocal about wanting her to break up with Andrew,” spills our source. “It’s putting pressure on the relationship and causing her a lot of stress. That’s going to be tough for anyone to deal with.”

HELENA’S WORRYING NEW LOOK

D espite dating notorious drug user INXS rocker Michael Hutchence, Helena Christensen claims she’s never used hard drugs but has indulged in cannabis from time to time.

“I wouldn’t say no if somebody passed me a joint,” the 49-year-old admitted. “It was never a problem for me. I was brought up with a lot of discipline, so I wasn’t attracted to it. But there were a lot of young, beautiful girls on the party scene, with a lot of drugs around. I’m not a saint, but [hard] drugs were never my thing.”

Although the Danish model-turned-photographer opts for a quiet life nowadays, fans were shocked when photos emerged of her looking almost unrecognisable as she walked her dog in New York City – and they fear she may not be taking good care of herself.

“Helena has been looking less than her best lately and it’s giving fans cause for concern,” reveals an insider. “She’s one of the most beautiful women in the world, so everyone just wants to see her putting her wellbeing first.

“It would be such a shame if Helena ended up damaging her gorgeous looks.”
