KATE’S PREGNANT!

Excited royal aides reveal another royal bub is on the way!

-

Kensington Palace is abuzz with news the Duchess of Cambridge has fallen pregnant with her fourth child, Woman’s Day can reveal.

According to excited insiders, Kate, 36, is showing all the signs of expectant motherhood her staff have come to know all too well.

The doting mother, who only gave birth to her third child Prince Louis on April 23, has been out of the spotlight since she attended Wimbledon with her new sister-in-law Meghan Markle in mid July, so it’s no wonder excited courtiers are gossiping that another gorgeous little royal could be on its way!

“Kate’s all but vanished from view – both publicly and privately,” says a palace informant. “She’s rarely seen around the grounds of Kensington Palace, even. Plus word is going round that she’s instructed staff to make sure her favourite mints are within arm’s reach at all times, and all of a sudden her favourite tummysoothing ginger biscuits are back in the kitchen. She relied on those for her last three pregnancies so obviously everyone’s putting two and two together.”

WELL-EARNED REST

It’s well-known that Kate has had chronic morning sickness in the past and her requests suggest she may well be suffering during the early stages of this pregnancy, too. Royal insiders have also revealed that happy, smiley Kate has been a little out of sorts

lately and “not quite her usual cheery self” in the mornings.

Meanwhile, Prince William, 36, has been shouldering the load d of public appearances, cutting ribbons and shaking hands around the UK while his wife of seven years gets some well-earned rest with her three children.

“William is always anxious to get back to Kate’s side though,” says a source. “There’s definitely something going on.”

QUEEN’S FULL SUPPORT

When Prince Louis was born, Kate was given an unprecedented d six months’ maternal leave to spend precious time with her new son, along with daughter Princess Charlotte, three, and Prince George, five.

“Everyone was surprised when the Queen agreed to such lengthy time out of the spotlight for their star member of the family – she’s always very wary of the public complaining that the royals don’t work hard enough – but a pregnancy may explain it all,” says our source. “If Kate told the Queen she’d like to fall pregnant again quickly, she would no doubt agree in a heartbeat.”

Kate has made no secret of wanting a big family, and royal sources have said for months she’s determined to have at least one more child, despite the unpleasant effects of morning sickness.

“Kate feels it’s a small price to pay for what was always her greatest dream – to have a large family,” says a source. “She’s a natural as a mother, and would gladly do without having hired help, except the royals would never allow it.” What’s more, she’s thrilled she’ll get to share the experience with her sisterin-law Meghan, 37, who is said to be expecting, too!

“A lot of staffers at Kensington Palace – not to mention Kate and William’s friends, who haven’t seen her in at least a month – feel a baby announcement is almost inevitable at this point,” another palace insider spills.

“While two pregnancies in one year might sound too full-on, Kate will be fine. She knows she’s lucky to have an army of staff and the best doctors at her beck and call.”
