WORKOUT PLAN: KETO DIET

She completed her eight-week weight-loss challenge months ago, but it’s still paying in dividends for soap star Ada who looked incredible in a two-piece on the Home And Away set last week. Turning 40 last year, prompted Ada to really focus on her health and fitness, so she signed up for a two-month challenge with Sydney trainer Lia Jones of Fit Me Jones, trimming down from 52kg to 47kg. “I wanted to be the best version of myself at 41 and put myself first for a little bit,” says Ada, who followed the keto diet, which involves cutting out carbs, fruit and alcohol but filling up on fats, meat, fish, chicken and vegetables. “I’m so proud of myself,” she acknowledg­es. “I’ve got the best body I’ve ever had, but I’ve worked really hard and it wasn’t easy.” Now she says she plans to stick to the diet 80 per cent of the time and relax 20 per cent. “Life is to be enjoyed!”
