JAMES STEWART

WORKOUT PLAN: TRANSFORMATION COACH

-

He stripped down for the March issue of Men’s Health and James looked just as good on the Summer Bay sands last week! The actor, 42, says male pride, keeping up with his younger co-stars and a desire to be a fit dad were the motivations behind his body overhaul. “I’m over 40 now. I’m not 30. I’m not 25,” he says. “I’m coming into a period of my life where I want to see if I can still do 15 chin-ups or 20 push-ups.” He set himself an eight-week challenge under the expert guidance of Transformation Coach’s Chief Brabon and Emile Brabon-hames. And while he might be decades older than some of his co-stars, James says it’s still possible to get your best body whatever age and life stage you’re in. “You can definitely get it back... I can hear some of my mates saying, ‘Yeah, but I work 60 hours a week and then I need to get home and help my wife with the kids.’ Maybe. But you can find half an hour to train. You can. Do it.”
