Weekly AGL Women of the Future winner’s lunch at Quay restaurant in Sydney was to be the most talked about event of the year. Celebratin­g three exceptiona­l young women who received more than $70,000 each in cash and prizes, thanks to AGL, to further their projects, the event featured a lively panel discussion on gender, female futures and politics. Julie Bishop’s keynote address on sexism and bullying in politics was a highlight, and widely reported on for days after.
