SESAME-CRUSTED PORK & NOODLES

300g pork fillets 2 tbsp sesame seeds 850g packet frozen stir-fry vegetables bles s 375g Singapore noodles, cooked following packet instructio­ns ½ cup oyster sauce, plus extra to drizzle zle

1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

2 Roll pork in sesame seeds. In a large oiled frying pan, cook pork on high. Cook, turning, 3-4 mins until browned. Transfer to tray.

3 Bake 10-15 mins until just cooked through. Rest 10 mins.

4 In an oiled wok, stir-fry vegetables 2-3 mins. Add noodles and sauce. Stir-fry 1-2 mins.

5 Serve noodles and sliced pork with extra sauce and sliced red chilli, if you like.
