BEN DUMPS ‘FAME HUNGRY’ GIRLFRIEND

His personal and love-life continues to be dogged with drama, as it comes to light fallen Hollywood star Ben Affleck has dumped his model girlfriend Shauna Sexton.

According to Woman’s Day’s sources, their brief relationship simmered as soon as it started because Ben couldn’t cope with her attention-seeking. The pair’s two-month fling came to an abrupt end last week, after they’d enjoyed a getaway in the Montana countryside.

The 46-year-old Armageddon actor gave Shauna, 22, the boot because she posted photos of their trip on social media.

“Shauna was too spotlighthungry for Ben’s liking,” an insider says. “He was furious about her courting media attention, so when she posted their trip it was the final straw. He took her to one side and said he couldn’t do this any more.”

Despite Shauna denying rumours of their split, sources say she’s devastated by the father-of-three’s decision. Ben, whose divorce to Jennifer Garner is now official, recently completed a 40-day stint in rehab for alcoholism, and friends say his decision to split with Shauna is also tied to his sobriety.

“She’s a fun-loving party girl, but Ben’s a committed dad wanting to stay on the straight and narrow,” adds our source.
