Protein pancakes

Celebrity trainers to Guy and Jules Sebastian, Osher Gunsberg and Larry Emdur share their delicious brekkie recipe

1 Whisk 3 tbsp low-carb, Greek-style, plain yoghurt, 2 eggs and 1 egg white together in a bowl. Combine 30g banana protein powder, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 sachet sweetener in a separate bowl. Pour in yoghurt mixture and whisk until smooth.

2 Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour in a ladleful of the batter and cook for 2-3 mins or until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook other side until golden. Remove ove from pan and keep warm while you cook the remaining batter. Serve e with yoghurt t and berries.
