Why Blind Date? It’s the closest thing I’ll get to The

Bachelorette, so why bloody not! What do you look for in a man? Someone nice, genuine and from past experiences, someone real! Describe your ideal man... He would have to have a good energy, a kind smile, good banter – and not be a douche bag. Do you think you can find real love on a dating show? You never know! I’m going into it with no expectations and letting the moment happen. Have you had any dating horror stories? The dates have been fine, it’s what happens after where the funny/horror stories are! What’s been your best date? I haven’t really been on that many dates. But the ones I have been on have all been uniquely different. Since your impressive weight loss, has your confidence grown when it comes to meeting guys? My confidence is the same, to be honest. You have to love yourself before you can love anybody else. If you can love yourself in any way, shape or form, nothing should hinder your confidence. Did being catfished [Casey was in an online relationship with a “guy” called Campbell for six years, but he never existed – it was her former best friend] put you off dating or finding love? I can’t let past experiences stop me from trying to live my best life. I’ve learnt to look at that point of my life as “sh*t happens” and move forward. I could miss out on finding the love of my life if I completely shut off. I look at things differently now, but I have to take a chance and let myself be vulnerable. BLIND DATE Monday, 7.30pm, Ten
