Snezana: ‘I just feel so damn good’
Her second daughter Willow recently celebrated her first birthday but former Bachelor star Snezana Markoski’s abs look like they belong to a teenager! The 38-year-old, who’s also mum to Eve, 13, says she incorporates Willow into her workouts. “It’s great to exercise and be a mum at the same time,” she says, adding that she sometimes uses the tot as a resistance weight! Snez also swears by her fiance Sam Wood’s 28-day fitness and diet program. “I just feel so damn good,” she says. “I’m in the best shape I’ve been in a long time.” We can tell!
