DANNY’S FURY OVER JULIA’S COSY CO-STAR

More than 20 years after they starred together in the classic romantic comedy My Best Friend’s Wedding, Julia Roberts and Dermot Mulroney have been getting up close and personal all over again.

Cuddling up close for a selfie after the premiere of their TV series Homecoming, in which they play lovers, the duo looked like a match made in heaven.

“She happens to be my best friend and all of that’s been pretty wellchronicled, I think. This would be a privilege for any actor to work with her,” says Dermot.

Yet sources tells Woman’s Day the 54-year-old’s gushing words of affection and admiration will not go down well with 51-year-old Julia’s husband, Danny Moder, 49.

“Julia and Dermot have insane chemistry. Although they insist they’ve always been good mates, people have wondered from time to time if the sparks between them could go beyond acting,” reveals an insider.

“Even though they’re both married, the fact that Dermot is always raving about Julia creeps Danny out. It doesn’t help that this is happening while they’re trying to get their marriage back on track.”
