Queen Elizabeth in mourning

The Queen is said to be devastated after her last corgi, Whisper, sadly died aged 12 last week. Over the past 74 years, the Queen has owned more than 30 corgis and she adopted Whisper when his owner, a former caretaker at Sandringham, died several years ago. However, the monarch still has two dorgis – a dachshund-corgi mix – Candy and Vulca, to keep her company.
