Fond farewell

You have outdone yourself with stories of Quentin Kenihan and Adriana Xenides back to back ( WD, October 22). I had the privilege of meeting both of them – Quentin outside Ten when he was being interviewed by Angela Bishop and Adriana at an awards show. Both were beloved in our landscape for so many years. My thoughts are with Quentin’s family at this time. He literally lived life until his last minute with so many future plans. So sad to see that Adriana declined from the beauty I met. Reading between the lines, I always thought her mum was holding her back. I’ll definitely read the book. L Caldwell, Muswellbrook, NSW
