CHERRY, LIME & CHIA FRESCA
MAKES 1.25 LITRES (5 CUPS) PREP 10 MINS + REFRIGERATION
✦ 1 cup pitted cherries ✦ 3 cups water ✦ 2 tsp Natvia ✦ 2 tsp lime juice ✦ 1 tsp white chia seeds
1 Blend cherries, water and Natvia in a blender until smooth. Strain into a large jug. Add lime juice and chia seeds. Stir to combine. Refrigerate 15 mins until chia seeds have swollen and softened. Serve drinks with sliced lime and crushed ice, if you like.
