CHERRY, LIME & CHIA FRESCA

MAKES 1.25 LITRES (5 CUPS) PREP 10 MINS + REFRIGERAT­ION

✦ 1 cup pitted cherries ✦ 3 cups water ✦ 2 tsp Natvia ✦ 2 tsp lime juice ✦ 1 tsp white chia seeds

1 Blend cherries, water and Natvia in a blender until smooth. Strain into a large jug. Add lime juice and chia seeds. Stir to combine. Refrigerat­e 15 mins until chia seeds have swollen and softened. Serve drinks with sliced lime and crushed ice, if you like.
