KATE LEANS ON BEC FOR SUPPORT
Kate Ritchie is said to be leaning on her best friend Bec Hewitt as whispers her marriage is in trouble refuse to go away.
Indeed, last week the former Home And Away co-stars jetted to Noosa to spend a weekend at the Seahaven Resort with several friends.
“Mums gone wild” Kate wrote on Instagram. And the girls’ trip seemed to do her a world of good, with the Nova radio host captioning another shot, “What a difference a day makes.”
It was a rare weekend away for Bec, 35, who hasn’t spent many nights apart from her kids Mia, 12, Cruz, nine, and Ava, eight, since becoming a mum.
Meanwhile, Kate, 40, wasn’t wearing her wedding ring, which some say is a clear sign her marriage to Stuart Webb, 38, might be over. In 2016, a source told
Woman’s Day, “Kate reached out to Bec when her marriage started to fall apart. Bec loves nurturing others.”
However, this time around Bec might also be getting support from Kate. The Helloworld host seems to be spending less time with Lleyton, 37 – the couple missed the Melbourne Cup this year for the first time since 2012.
