PAVLOVA ICE-CREAM
SERVES 8 PREP 10 MINS + FREEZING
2 litres vanilla ice-cream
150g coarsely chopped meringue nests
3 passionfruit, pulp removed
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup chopped marshmallows (see tip)
1 Slightly soften icecream. Stir in meringue, passionfruit, raspberries and marshmallow. Spoon mixture into a freezerproof container. Cover and freeze until firm.
