Nine’s entertainment guru Richard “Dickie” Wilkins, 64, might be joining Karl on the Today show chopping block after reports his series The A-list could be scrapped – before it even starts. “Not many people want to watch a two-minute interview with Dickie on the Today show, let alone a whole hour,” says a production source. Network officials have blamed “music clearance” issues s for the delayed premiere, but with Today’s dwindling ratings, insiders say Nine is looking for an anchor overhaul.
