SESAME & NORI SPRINKLE
MAKES 1¼ CUPS PREP + COOK 15 MINS
2 nori (seaweed) sheets ¼ cup sesame seeds 1 tsp sea salt flakes ¼ cup fried Asian shallots 1 tsp dried chilli flakes Using scissors, snip nori sheets into fine strips. Place sesame seeds and salt flakes in a small frying pan. Stir constantly over medium heat 5 mins until golden. Add nori strips and stir a further 1 min until lightly toasted. Transfer to a bowl.
Stir in the shallots and chilli flakes.
SERVE WITH
Prawn and avocado soba noodle salad.
