SEED TOPPER
MAKES ¾ CUP PREP + COOK 10 MINS + COOLING
2 tbsp olive oil ¹⁄3 cup coarsely chopped natural almonds ¼ cup pepitas 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tbsp black sesame seeds Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add almonds and pepitas. Cook, stirring, 1 min. Add coriander and black sesame seeds. Cook, stirring, 2 mins until lightly toasted. Cool.
SERVE WITH
Sprinkle over avocado and tomato bruschetta as a small starter.
