BERMUDA

Also known as walk shorts, this style generally stops on or around the knee and is excellent for providing coverage and flattering curvy figures. It offers a semi-casual feel and looks great dressed up with heels.

PLEATED/TAILORED STYLES

A popular look right now, this style is best worn with a tucked top and belted waist, and is easily dressed up for the office or weekends. The pleats help disguise the tummy and hide hips. Choose higher waistlines as they offer leg-lengthening appeal.

SHORTER SHORTS

You needn’t shy away from shorter shorts because mid-length styles can actually make legs appear longer, as they don’t tend to cut them in half the way longer styles do. If you have fuller thighs, a wide leg can have a slimming effect.

CARGOS

This relaxed style, complete with signature side pockets, makes for a cool and casual look. The trick is to avoid oversized pockets, or opt for ones that sit slightly lower on the leg so as not to add width to potential troublespots such as hips or thighs.
