Marriage over! After almost 17 years, Julia and Danny’s romance is no more

The rumour mill has been in full spin for months that Julia Roberts and Danny Moder’s marriage is in meltdown – and now the actress has hit breaking point.

The 51-year-old star was spotted looking stressed and tense during a recent outing with her children, amid a hectic promotiona­l schedule for her new movie Ben Is Back.

And as Woman’s Day reported last week, the Pretty Woman beauty’s weight has plummeted to under 50kg, with talk the mother-of-three is burning the candle at both ends – juggling a busy work schedule and pe personal problems. Now so sources believe a divorce an announceme­nt is just around the corner. “Julia has been try trying her best to stay afloat, but it seems s like she’s crumbling un under the pressure,” a close ins insider spills to Woman’s Day.

“She’s “constantly being probed abo about the state of her marriage and now it’s taking its toll. At this poi point, people are just waiting for her to speak out so she can get the support she needs.”

With W her marriage in turmoil, her close inner circle fear a me messy divorce could send the sta star over the edge – especially if she she’s forced to fight for her kids.

HER HE EVERYTHING

“Julia “Ju and Danny are both passionate pas and stubborn people, and a split could easily turn ugly – –e especially with the kids and Julia’s Juli $195 million fortune to play for,” our insider adds.

“Julia’s busy with work and at the top of her game as far as her career is concerned, but there’s absolutely no way she’d want to give up her children.

“If she and Danny are splitting, you can guarantee she’ll fight to the death for full custody of her kids – they’re her everything and she’d be lost w without them by her side.”

Earlier this month, the actress, w who shares twins Phinnaeus and Hazel, 14, and son Henry, 11, w with Danny, hinted at her secret battle to keep her kids close.

Speaking about her new film, she revealed she’d do absolutely anything to protect her brood. “Oh, anything! I mean, that is the universal connective tissue of mothers and mother figures in the world,” Julia said, before poignantly adding, “There is nothing you would not do to help, save, support, hold your child close.”

Julia and Danny married in 2002 after meeting on the set of the movie The Mexican two years earlier.

Like most families, they’ve weathered the odd storm but as Woman’s Day revealed, their marriage hit crisis point earlier this year and hasn’t recovered.

The Oscar-winning actress and her 49-year-old cameraman husband have barely been spotted together of late. In fact, in July they were seen on a joint outing for the first time in nine months.

“On the surface, Julia is pretending everything is fine, but really they’ve been living separate lives for months,” explains our Hollywood source.

“Julia and Danny have had a lot of problems over the years and they’ve tried their best to work through their issues, but it looks like their marriage is beyond repair.”

Although Julia is devoted to her kids, her work schedule has been incredibly busy of late, with the release of her new movie as well as working the rooms this awards season for her hit TV show Homecoming.

“As exciting as it is to be doing so well in her first major TV role, Julia is under a lot of strain and struggling to find a balance.

“Now with her marriage all but over and a potential custody battle looming, everyone just hopes she’s looking after herself as she deals with this family crisis.”
