KALE & BANANA SMOOTHIE

SERVES 4 (MAKES 1 LITRE) PREP 5 MINS 2 medium ripe bananas 2 cups shredded kale leaves (wash well and remove stems before shredding) 1 avocado, chopped 1½ tbsp honey 2 cups water 2 tsp linseeds crushed ice, to serve

1 Place banana, kale, avocado, honey, water and linseeds in a highpowder­ed juice blender. Blend until smooth.

2 Pour smoothie into glasses filled with crushed ice. Serve immediatel­y.
