SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 20 MINS 2 tsp veg­etable or peanut oil 3 cloves gar­lic, crushed 500g pork mince

cup hoisin sauce 450g packet thin hokkien noo­dles 300g broc­coli, cut into small flo­rets

small savoy cab­bage, hard core re­moved, shred­ded 175g mini cap­sicums, de­seeded, sliced 2 tbsp oys­ter sauce 1 tbsp se­same seeds, toasted

Heat oil in a wok or large fry­ing pan on high. Saute pork and gar­lic 5 mins un­til browned. Add 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, stir-fry un­til com­bined.

Mean­while, in a medium heat­proof bowl, soak noo­dles in boil­ing wa­ter 4-5 mins. Stir to sep­a­rate strands and drain.

Add broc­coli and cap­sicums to wok. Stir-fry 3-4 mins un­til ten­der. Add cab­bage, noo­dles, oys­ter sauce, half the se­same seeds and re­main­ing hoisin sauce. Stir-fry 3-4 mins un­til ve­g­ies are ten­der.

Spoon stir-fry into bowls. Serve sprin­kled with the re­main­ing se­same seeds.
