SESAME PORK NOODLE STIR-FRY

SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 20 MINS 2 tsp vegetable or peanut oil 3 cloves garlic, crushed 500g pork mince

cup hoisin sauce 450g packet thin hokkien noodles 300g broccoli, cut into small florets

small savoy cabbage, hard core removed, shredded 175g mini capsicums, deseeded, sliced 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Saute pork and garlic 5 mins until browned. Add 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, stir-fry until combined.

Meanwhile, in a medium heatproof bowl, soak noodles in boiling water 4-5 mins. Stir to separate strands and drain.

Add broccoli and capsicums to wok. Stir-fry 3-4 mins until tender. Add cabbage, noodles, oyster sauce, half the sesame seeds and remaining hoisin sauce. Stir-fry 3-4 mins until vegies are tender.

Spoon stir-fry into bowls. Serve sprinkled with the remaining sesame seeds.
