The actor’s rebuilding bridges as he secretly reunites with Suri

They haven’t been seen together for about 1850 days, but Hollywood is abuzz that Tom Cruise and his 12-year-old daughter Suri enjoyed a secret reunion in Orlando, Florida, last month.
Tom, 56, was pictured with his children, Isabella, 25, and Connor, who turns 24 this week, and a little girl who looked a lot like Suri at Disney World ahead of New Year’s Eve.
“They seemed to all be having a wonderful time walking through the amusement park,” says an onlooker. “Tom was acting very paternal towards the girl and making sure she was happy, which she appeared to be. Bella and Connor seemed to be very doting, too. They looked like a big, happy family.
“Either that was Suri or a clone dressed up to look just like her with a big pink bow on top of her head. Pink is Suri’s favourite colour. There’s been speculation that Tom and Scientology are working towards cloning humans, but I don’t think that’s the case here.”
Suri has reportedly wanted to see her father for some time, and mum Katie Holmes finally allowed the tween to call the Mission: Impossible star. “There was a tearful phone conversation that resulted in this trip where father and daughter had their first reunion in a while,” spills an insider. While the Cruise clan enjoyed the rides, Katie, 40, was nearby in Miami with her 51-year-old partner Jamie Foxx. She reportedly kept her lawyer on speed dial in case things went wrong.
However, the visit went smoothly and Suri was returned to the former Dawson’s Creek actress as planned, insiders say.
“Katie would never dream of keeping her daughter from seeing her dad if that’s what he wanted,” reveals our source. “It seems Tom is interested in spending more time with Suri.”
