‘She was unsteady on her feet and looked in pain’

Looking worryingly pale and bloated, donning a lumpy sweater and hiding behind huge aviator sunglasses, Elvis Presley’s daughter Lisa Marie was supported by a medical professional as she attempted to get to her car.

As Woman’s Day can exclusively reveal, the 50-year-old mum-of-four looked distressingly unstable in LA last week. The sighting comes after an explosive report in the US claimed the troubled singer-songwriter is struggling to beat her drug addiction amid a nasty custody battle for her 10-year-old twin daughters, Harper Vivienne Ann and Finley Aaron Love, with estranged fourth husband Michael Lockwood.

Woman’s Day can confirm the daughter of the King and Priscilla Presley, 73, had been inside a medical facility for six hours before being assisted out by a staffer, who was still dressed in surgical scrubs.

An insider tells us that Lisa arrived at 12.15pm and didn’t leave until 6.40pm after undergoing treatment.

“Her face appeared puffy and shiny. She was unsteady on her feet and looked in pain,” says our source. “It seemed to have been a fairly invasive procedure she’d had done.”

According to our witness, it took Lisa 20 minutes to get into her car before her female assistant drove her home, though it’s not clear why she was at the medical facility.

A US publication recently claimed to have seen court documents as her battle for the twins rages on. Her guitarist ex Michael, 57, has made shocking revelations that in 2015, Lisa would take

“80 opiate pills a day” along with alcohol and cocaine, and would stay up 11 days at a time.

“[It] made her paranoid and hallucinatory, seeing cocaine flying through the air and bugs crawling all over her body.”

In a 2017 deposition, Lisa – who claims the $135 million fortune left to her from dad has disappeared – admitted “in the last year of our marriage, I was abusing cocaine terribly”.

Amid the slanging match between Michael and Lisa, she accused him of taking inappropriate photos of their daughters in the bath – claims he has strenuously denied.

HISTORY REPEATING

Now, those closest to the former high-profile Scientologist – including mum Priscilla – are concerned not only for her wellbeing, but also her life.

“Seeing Lisa looking like this is almost like history repeating itself. She’s never gotten over the death of her dad and now it seems she’s morphing into him at his very worst,” a source close to Priscilla tells us.

“Priscilla is going crazy with worry over what Lisa’s doing to herself, but no one seems to be able to get through to her.”
