CREME EGG FUDGEY BROWNIES

◆ 200g dark chocolate, chopped

◆ 150g butter, chopped

◆ 2 eggs, lightly beaten

◆ ¼ cup sour cream

◆ 1¼ cups plain flour, sifted

◆ 2/ cup caster sugar

◆ 130g packet mini creme eggs

◆ icing sugar, to dust

1 Preheat oven to 180ºc. Grease and line 20cm square cake pan with baking paper, leaving edges overhangin­g.

2 In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter on low. Cool slightly.

3 In a small bowl, combine eggs and sour cream. Add to chocolate mixture with flour and sugar, stirring to combine. Spoon half mixture into pan. Arrange creme eggs over batter. Spoon and spread in remaining mixture.

4 Bake 25-30 mins until centre is just cooked. Cool, then remove from pan.

5 Arrange small rabbit ear cutouts on top of brownie. Dust with icing sugar. Gently remove cutouts to reveal rabbit ear outlines. Serve in squares.
